Notes: Apparently the first Combat Casey story. I guess Combat Kelly was doing so well, they decided to do another series like it and asked Sale to draw in the same style. He did a couple of Combat Kelly stories too, but only after Combat Casey had started for as far as I can see. Of cause, he was already leaning towards Maneely's style with the story he did in War Combat #1. - Ger Apeldoorn.
