Notes: Georgie reads Willie Comics, Gay Comics, and in the last panel, Georgie Comics, describing this same story. Bottom of page 4 of this story is used in Secrets Behind the Comics by Stan Lee (Famous Enterprises, New York, 1947), as example of Mario Aquaviva's lettering. What is interesting is that in Stan's book, there are three sound effects that are NOT in the printed story!
Upper Right panel: "SKID!" missing.
Lower Left panel: "HELP!" missing.
Lower Right panel: "RING!" missing.
I think Stan had them added to the book, because makes a big deal about how Mario uses different styles for different purposes. - Tom Lammers
