Looks like diverse hands. My best guess is Heath (2 hiding G. I. s on either side) plus somebody else-maybe Maneely ( hiding G. I. in center). - Joe Moore
Cover artist too sketchy to be Russ Heath, although some of the figures have his sharp inking. At the very least the figure in the middle was reworked by someone else. - Ger Apeldoorn
It looks like a diverse hands job. The figure in the middle is by Joe Maneely. The 2 side figures are nebulous, Heath-esque but not greatly so. The above-ground scene could be anybody, including Burgos. - Doc V.
