Notes: Anti-communism story, presenting the takeover of China by the Communist Party as though it were a gangster story. An "Editor's Note" in the final panel reads in part, "... point up the gangster tactics of the Chinese Reds and the Russian Reds in pulling a swindle and a crime that was one of the worst the world has ever seen! ... all of the Free World must be on guard so that it cannot happen anyplace else!" Features Soviet leader Josef Stalin (1878-1953).
