recorded during October 1949 by Frankie Laine (Mercury Records 5345), Bing Crosby (Decca Records 24798),
Tennessee Ernie Ford (Capitol Records 40258), and Vaughan Moore (RCA Victor Records 20-3600). All four
versions made the Top 10 during 1949-1950.
