Notes: Joe Maneely splash and Hartley "with" Maneely on the story. - Doc V.
I can't see Hartley under Maneely here at all. And I can't tell the difference between the Maneely in the splash panel and the Maneely on the rest of the story. Looks like Maneely pencils and inks to me, but I draw back from that in light of DocV's very specific ID. - JVJ

Notes: William ("Billy the Kid") Bonney (1859-1881) featured, though his name is misspelled "Bonny." - Tom Lammers.
I have my doubts about Colan pencils on this, but can't say no for sure. - JVJ
